Don't worry ,it may due to intake of excessive alcohol in a single day ,and also taking of uncontrolled quantity of  alcohol over a period of time
Next Steps
avoid further take of alcohol and take rest,take plenty of water, take an anti anxity medication if not tolerable with above measures

Hello dear good evening. Be cool and relax first. There is no relationship between your alcohol intake and high BP., And your anxious status can cause the rise in your BP.                                            - Be cool and relax first.                      - stop taking alcohol in future.ok.     - avoid taking food rich in salt &fat.   - sleep well and check BP again.
