From your case it feels that its a chronic problem. Exposure to cold, travelling, pollution, smoking, oily and fast food increases sinus problems so avoid them. Daily start having warm water during lunch. Steam inhalation with tulsi leaves in it twice daily. Turmeric milk in morning and use of ginger and garlic in food will help in long run.
