Me suffering from cold and after taking LHist it s ok for two days..after that again it s getting started

Hey hi.. Cold means u have only running nose,sneezing Or u mean u have nasal block,running nose,headache, fever.. Any cough,throat pain ??? If only running nose and sneezing, then tablet u r taking will help ,take it for 2 weeks.. If not,u have other symptoms as mentioned..needs further examination and treatment..

Kindly elaborate your problem. More details are needed like any fever, runny nose, cough, breathing difficulty, any travel history. Take regular steam inhalation 10 min 2 times a day. Drink warm water sips. Avoid very cold and spicy food.
