Clutching and pulling pain in anus.

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am having intermittent strong clutching and pulling pain in anus and lower stomach very near to penis for last two days. It worsens when the bladder is full and urinating. As I'm currently out of country for next 15 days I'm little worried. What can be the problem.
