Its been 24 hours now that there is a clot i can feel just behind my ear and its paining when i touch it and just above 3 inches there is a pimple like thing on my scalp which is very painful What to do ?

You seem to have developed post auricular lymph node enlargement secondary to scalp infection such as furuncle or folliculitis. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ointment applications to scalp lesion
