Clonazepam taper
On .25 mg clonazepam for 5 months never increased dose . How to i taper to avoid severe withdrawal ?

This is the least dose. You may not have any withdrawal with T.CLONAZEPAM 0.25 MG. You may stop if u get good sleep.

You need to take half dose for a month so that it will gradually washout from your blood and your brain and body will adjust from withdrawal

I suggest you stop it directly. Its not a higher dose. It very low dose , at such dose theoretically it doesn’t cause withdrawal

Kindly stop taking Clonazepam 0.25 unlikely you will experience any discomfort but if you do kindly meet a psychiatrist it will need a different approach
