I am taking clonazapam 0.25 mg daily once,
Yesterday I had a very bad panic attack so I took 4 tablet.

Drugs like Clonazepam are not meant for long term use, you can develop dependence and tolerance. If you are dealing with panic attacks there are other medications and techniques to combat it.
