M facing difficulty in listening the actual sound , which ever the music or sound isn’t auidable clearly. I think I need to get my ears cleaned up , cause as I went to a normal doctor (MBBS). What he said was my ear is covered with dust as he could see it. I wanted to know weather I can get the proper medication ..?

You seem to be having impacted wax inside your ear canal which might be causing hearing difficulty. If present wax needs to be cleaned under vision by a specialist.
