Claustrophobia?
I'm fine in rooms with closed doors or elevators when it's just me or a couple other people. But just thinking about caving has brought me to anxious tears before, and being stuffed in with people makes me feel panicky. Even wearing a turtleneck has given me sweaty palms. Not being afraid of 'typical' claustrophobic situations makes me hesitant, so I guess I just want to know if this is just a bit of normal anxiety or if I'm actually claustrophobic?

Yes you are claustrophobic. I have had many such clients and they have been helped with relaxation techniques.
