I get hard water in my area though have put softner still tds is around 700 pls suggest some shampoos and precautionary treatment to be followed to avoid hair loss and thinning because of hard water

Hard water is definitely going to affect your hair no matter what. Still with following precautions it may get better.
Wash hair with mineral water (drinking water)
Use serene shampoo followed by serene conditioner.
On not so wet neither dry hair, apply follisilk hair serum.
Apart from this, make sure your hemoglobin, ferritin, vitamin b12, vitamin d3, thyroid level are normal.
