Circumcision Recovery. After a week?

Undergone a stapler circumcision 10 days ago, but only half of the penis has a silicon ring and stapler and its end were stiched using disposable stitches. rest of the places only stapler, after discharge i experienced frequent painful erections resulted in a frenulum cut and a staple was stuck between the rest of the frenulum. Preponed the review consultation and get all the staples removed under L.A and disolvable stiches done throughout except the area with a silicon ring. Doc advised no rest, silicon ring would fall in a week and disolvable stiches would go off in 3-4 weeks. No signs of infections so far but connection to frenulum looks tender and fragile. I have a preplanned itinerary after 10 days and returning back to work after 20 days, which involves strenuous activities. 1. Can I carry out both intended travel, at this juncture? 2. How early I can expect for painless erections without further tension to frenulum? 3. Having sex other than intercourse okay after a week?
