Circle white spot inside the mouth
Hello doctors! My father is 54yr old, he works as a bus driver and he travels long distances due to that he eats hotel food most of the time. 7 yr back we notice something inside his mouth, we went to the doctor and did some tests later doctors did some surgery and removed that part. Now after 7yr again we noticed the same thing. We are confused don't know what to do and we don't have any idea why this is happening again. I have attached the report below pls have a look at that. Pls help me in this, thanks

This is a type of oral cavity cancer .
In 2016 surgery for it was done , now he is having a recurrence at the same site .
He needs to undergo a re surgery now . Please provide the report of imaging studies if any done .
You can me consult for a second opinion from my side . May need to see all your reports including the imaging studies .
