I feel my own heartbeat when laying down.ecg is normal..docter prescribed me ciplar 10 twice a day.for anxiety..now my resting heartbeat is 63 is it safe to take ciplar before going to bed

Its safe when you dont have symptoms due to low heart rate. If you have symptoms due to low heart rate, then you need to consult your Cardiologist
