Hello You may face withdrawal symptoms in the initial few weeks but you can overcome this. There are means to help soothe the process of quitting smoking through nicotine patches, nicotine gums, normal chewing gums, eating snacks can help in this process. It's a habit that has to be broken so distract the mind when the urge/craving occurs. Sleep, headache and the feeling of cold are withdrawal symptoms that will normalize once you keep yourself distracted from the cravings.
