Most cases of chronic urticaria have low/normal IgE. In 95 percent cases cause is unknown, that is why it is called chronic idiopathic urticaria. Urticaria has to be kept on control. Please send all reports and photos with history of the condition for advice on treatment. I have treated.many cases of chronic Urticaria.
