Chronic pharyngitis
I had persistent cough from 2015. After taking various tests like PFT and TB and finding no asthma symptoms..they provided ventolin inhaler. I had relief using it till 2017 and later got pregnant which time I did not have cough problems. later in 2018 few mnths after giving birth I started coughing again. Used same ventolin inhaler and found relief. In march had severe cough and checkd with doctor who took PFT and chest xray again and confirmed no asthma. Also was advised not to take ventolin inhaler as its harmful. instead told it is chronic pharyngitis and advised razoD, septilin and telekastF for 3 months. I haven't found much of relief with this and I cough and settle by taking benadryl dry cough every night. I am breastfeeding my 11 mnths old baby. Is there any other treatment for this cough or can I use Ventolin again. Pls advise
