Chronic headache can caused by exposure to cold, using thick pillow, skipping breakfast, snacking outside food, stress, lack of exercise, pollution and disturbed sleep and sexual life. Please find your cause. Avoid tea, coffee. Drink fruit juices or herbal tea. 1 cup milk at night helps. Avoid nonveg and oily spicy food too. Use ear plugs while travelling. Best wishes!
