Chronic iron deficiency anemia
My mother have chronic iron deficiency anemia for which she is taking IV dextran and it is getting corrected and also after a CBC I found that platelets are high mildly upto 5 lakhs but mean platelet count is normal I will attach a image of report as well and I want to know if she has reactionary thrombocytosis and the reason her feet only calf part gets edema only one leg and what is the reason and she doesn't have any edema on foot just calf region and no where else

Does she have pain along with the swelling ? She needs to be evaluated.
