Chronic fissure
I have chronic fissure since last 6 month I have been taken cefadroxolil and supportive treatment for 3 month advised by SURGEON MS Then another 3 month RIFAXIMIN 400 MG & RBSON L LUXATIVE AND ANO METROGYL LOCAL BUT STILL BURNING SENSATION IS AT ANAL RING Dr say anal canal is not constrict & spasm also down so no need of surgery But when hard stool become senitel piles become inflamed and burning sensation persist long time
