Kindly provide details- what is the frequency of headache ? Nature ? Associated symptoms ( nausea, vomiting, photophobia etc) ? Duration of headache ( does it relieve by self or medication - if yes what medication along with dose and frequency?
What do you mean by vertigo - head spinning or the environment around you spinning? How long does it last ? What is its relation with headache?
