I maintain a very healthy lifestyle in terms of diet and exercise. Yet often i face digestive issues. I feel bloating, gas, indigestion and constipation (usually no vomits or pain in the stomach). Whenever i face these issues, i usually take Pantop D. Earlier this used to help but no longer seems effective. I drink enough water, chew my food slowly to get ir properly digested, dont take junk and oily stuff, eat enough fiber. What should i do? Pls help.
