I've been experiencing a extremely irritating cough for over a year now. Within the last few months i have had excessive phlegm in what seems to be sitting in the back of my throat/ but also my nose. last week i completely lost my voice and with the constant cough i am not spitting up VERY thick and almost glue like phlegm. it either comes out in a ball or its stringy. i looked at the back of my throat and my tonsils are a bit red, please help.
