Chronic constipation with bleeding
From the past 3days I'm suffering from severe chronic constipation with bleeding...and sometimes pain

Hi,
It could be due to hemorrhoids. Because chronic constipation it would have got aggravated.
It need to be managed for which if you can share some more clinical details like any history of hypothyroidism or any disease etc.
Accordingly could give you specific treatment advice.
General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids, soft diet with increased fibre content, salads, green leafy vegetables etc.
You can also do sitz bath..
