I have been diagnosed with hemorrhoids at 3,7,11 position non bleeding which is at 2 nd stage and also with anal fissure bleeding which is recurrent. Despite taking laxit plus as prescribed whenever I reduce the dose I again get hard stool. The doctor has recommended surgery. Will it not cure without surgery? And how do I soften my stool. I already drink 4-5 litres of water, fiber rich diet and yoga too. Still my condition is not improving. I have also tried ayurvedic medicines for 1 year it was not helping so had to switch to allopathy. What should I do now?

Health Tips
1. You have been diagnosed hemorrhoids
which are painless and non bleeding and in
second stage. It means they are not
prolapsed or at all if they are prolapsed
they are reduced spontaneously.
But still the cause of hemorrhoids is not
clear and secondly what are your
sufferings because of hemorrhoids is not
clear.
2. You have also been diagnosed with anal
fissure. The only complaint is Recurrent
bleeding and no pain and no other
attributes of anal fissure are mentioned.
3. There is vis
cious cycle of Pain, Ischaemia,
trauma to anal anoderm, increase in anal
sphincter hypertonia and further more
constipation. This also increases anxiety.
4. CONSERVATIVE management of anal
fissure is COMPARABLE WITH THE
SURGICAL TREATMENT so can resort to
medical conservative management.
Thanks
