Ill defined lytic -sclerotic lesion noted
in left petrous temporal bone(predominately in its posterior aspect) with mildly enhancing soft tissue within. The lesion is extending to adjacent posterior fossa and jugualr forment. Inferiorly it is involving left hypoglossal canal.
Left endolymphatic sac is not visualized.left internal auditory canal,cochlea and semicircular canal appear normal.
right temporal bone appears normal.
