High LDL-C can be managed and controlled successfully with lifestyle changes, medications, or a combination of these approaches. Implementing lifestyle modifications, such as a low-fat and high-fiber diet-including vegetables in your diet atleast in the form of salads, fresh raw sprouts, berries, oats, prefer sunflower oil. Avoid too much cocunut in your cooking as it is rich in cholesterol. Avoid oily and junk foods.increased physical activity, and weight control by doing daily morning brisk walking for 30-40mins, yoga and meditation.this things might decrease LDL-C levels by up to 20%–30%...consult physicians they will guide you further.
