Which type of frui & dry fruit is good for A patient of age 53 with High bp and Cholesterol 257. Tryglycerides 128, Hdl 66, ldl 166, vldl 25, total cholesterol/Hdl is 3.89, Ldl/Hdl 2.52. He also take bp medicine & stating medicine by doctor's advice. Non diabetic What restriction should be followed for diet ? Which fruit is good for her. Plz help.
