My husband ldr profile cholesterol 202 and triglycerides 186 n ldlc n hdl ratio 3.45, ldl chole 127 hdl 37 . my worry about his health . since lockdown he is having eating outside food n sitting at place started increases . 1. How to control .. which food or medication is required. 2 any test if any blockage ? 3 after how many days following walk , diet changes ,it lowers from 200 to 150 .
