Chlamydia , igg n igm. Of the person!

Sir my boyfriend is suffering from chlamydia n now I am also infected. I also came to know that he had an affair with someone who is also infected but now the issue is that he is saying that I am one who gave infection coz igm tells resent infection but when I tried to talk he told me that she was having issues like virginal dryness , problem in having sex and constant spikes of fever. Sir/ma'am Our igm are - my bf's igm is 3.50 and igg-0.35 Mine was igm is 2.85 and igg -0.11 Other females igm was 2.30 and igg -0.60 Can any of plzzzz let me know how igm and igg works If some one is not treated of chlamydia how long will it's igm gonna come positive n how untreated chlamydia is gonna impact on igg of the person
