My baby is 40 days old as I am not lacting..so giving lactogen to my baby... he is having pain in stomach and realising gas as well..but taking the feed timely...kindly suggest any medicine...is this is the gastric pain or something else...

Start breast feeding your child... Is the best way to treat all the problem in 1st 6 months of life.
If you are not willing to do it then this smaller problem will come frequently.
How do you come to conclusion that he is having stomach pain??.
If baby is accepting feed well then most chances that he is absolutely fine.
Though you have asked for medicine give him drops mactase 5 drops three times a day and drops Colimex 5 drops when that excessive cry occure.
Next Steps
please give him breast feeding instead formula feeding.
if you have problem with that.... I mean you want to but you can't... then consult you gynecologist.
