Child bite during lactation

Hai ...my child is 1.8 years now ...from 6 months onwards he feeding from one side of my breast only ...now he bite it hardly and pain and wound is there for past 4 days what to do ...

Feed the little toddler whenever he is hungry or wants to sleepor wants to suck for comfort. If he is biting, probably he is full and no more hungry and is playing. U can stop feeding that time. Or can use a nipple shield.
