The best solution for an old chicken pox scar is excision and surgery by a plastic surgeon. This gives a very good improvement, much better than what a laser can give. Please contact a plastic surgeon who can examine you and advise further.
Fractional CO2 Laser resurfacing can also help to a degree if you are unwilling for surgery.
