Probably due to Gastritis. Your digestion is not proper, which leads to gas formation and it is causing radiating pain in areas you mentioned. Many people suffer from same complaint and mistaken it to be a cardiac problem. 1. Take easily digestible food, steam boiled (Idly) 2. Avoid fried foods for a month. 3. Take lemon juice added with salt daily in day time. 4. Ginger, garlic, pepper added foods, preferably soups. 5. Cumin water and Omam water on and off. 6. Probiotics - Probably already you must be taking because you are on medicine for Gastritis, if not start taking it. (Tab. Bifilac Before food Twice daily) 7. Physical exercise - anything of your convenience. (Walking, jogging, yoga, gym) 8. Heat fomentation in pain area will relieve pain temprorily/ Hot water bath also. 9. Sleep early.
