I got Chest injury on 25 May by hitting from study table. My orthopaedic doctor took x ray one month and he said everything fine and he prescribed homeopathic medicine.Today I contacted him again as I am still getting some minor pain and tenderness. The doctor is saying muscle injury take longer time to heal so u have still not pain free.Is he correct and I should wait for some more months.I am doing some stretching excercise and breathing excercise once every week in that clinic.Do I need to wait 6 months or 1 year for this to go away.I am able to raise hands and walk and run but not able to sleep on the side I have injury. Also I am feeling hard lump of 1 mm height inside like muscle have become tight.

Hey there! It is important to know what is 'the trouble' on sleeping on that side. It is a good thing that you are able to walk, run and raise hands. It is required to know the intensity of injury. Anyhow, when a person has soft tissue injury not resolved yet, it would cause trouble in activities also like moving the arm also and not only sleeping on that side. Please understand this point. Dynamic activity is something superior to resting position. I would advise you to visit a cardiologist just once.
