When I am under stress, angry, happy or excited my chest ( central area) starts paining and sometimes left arm also.. It will continue for an hour before subsiding... Had echo, ecg, stress echo and blood work.. doc said during stress heart rate increase which cause pain but in ur case During such episode there's no heart rate increase so some other issue
