  4. Chest pain. Explains my chest issues?

I’m a 21 year old female and for the past 2 days have been experiencing chest tightness, shortness of breath, exhaustion and inability to concentrate on anything. I got my implanon changed last week and have gotten my first period in 3 years today but I don’t know if that explains my chest issues ?
