Chest pain
He is experiencing pain in left side of chest but not in continuous fashion. Even touching that area gives pain whenever he is in pain in chest. Its like he feels Pain when he do any physical activity ... He also experience pain sometimes in centre of lower chest part . he feels like something is stuck there, When he eats anything in larger quantity...But it does not happens everytime .sometime pain in left upper back. These all are started since last 15 days. He has no respiratory issues. No fever , no cold and cough , O2 98 , Bp normal, pulse normal. Has taken Pan D for 3 days in morning but no benefit. These all symptoms are not permanent. Sometime feels sometime no issue experienced.

From the history it’s seems like pain of gastritis Or sometimes muscular pains also perceived like this Does u feel Pain on the left arm inner side also or heaviness on the shoulder on left side This may be a imminent sign of coming myocardial infarction
