Having chest pain since last night . The pain started eating pizza in lunch .Unable to sleep and move due to pain.is it gasteric problem or something else ?

Symptoms Suggestive mostly of gastritis .take antacids, avoid oily and spicy food..half a glass of cold milk wil help.
