Chest pain

Asked for Male, 48 Years

Continuous Chest pain since recovering from Covid, even after 20 days. Earlier it was towards centre and left side of chest, but now somewhat goes to back side as well. Currently taking multivitamin tab and Omez. Oxygen level - 98 Pulse rate - 85 ECG and Chest XRay were normal. What can be the problem ? Any other tests required ? Please help.

Is chest pain exertional .. meaning coming on exertion or exercise n going on rest ..or is it positional ...more so in certain body posture ..or pleuritic meaning occuring on deep inhalation....get d dimer levels,trop I ,echo ...it will help immensely
