Chest pain and breathing problem

Asked for Male, 24 Years

From couple of days I feel my chest very heavy unable to breathe properly . Nd high pain in chest nd feeling pain all over my body I went though check up .. my reports are eosinophil is 16.6 RBC is 6.65 Hba1c is 8.6 Homocysteine is 16.8 Average body glucose is 200.1 I m attaching my reports please help me
