  3. Chest discomfort. I try to clear it.

I have been having the chest congestion which dislocates from time to time....sometimes I feel I m dead...some doctors treat anxiety others chest allergy (got an xray)...I don't have cough or wheezing but sometimes I have black dots when I try to clear it..
