Chapped & Dry Lips

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I am a healthy 33 year old male but been having problem of dry/chapped lips since years. I do not smoke yet my lips have the "smokers lips" look. Irrespective of the weather my lips are always dry and peel and thereby hurt & bleed a lot. I use vaseline every night yet no improvement. Please help.
