I understand your feeling.
Cracked feet is seen in most of the women and factors causing it are many.
It can be prevented by using proper footwear, proper care like pedicure, applying moisturiser, avoiding exposure to dirt and water.
Coming to the biolene it's a petroleum jelly I guess it will have much effect on the dead skin. Cracked areas of foot resembles the dead skin and thinning and thickening of foot totally depends the work you do. Biolene can only prevent further more drying your feet but cannot prevent cracking. You can use krack cream SR or you can consult a dermatologist.
