My sister in law was good she was working in textile industry all of us sudden she is not eating sleeping etc she is telling un wanted things which does not make sense

There can be many reasons for sudden change in your sister in law's behaviour. It is important to rule out any physical causes first like brain cancer/infection, etc. Please consult any local doctor immediately. If there is no physical cause, then consult psychiatrist for assessment.
