I am not finding metsmall sr 500 Can i take metsmall 500 Please let me know soon as i need to start with my medications

It is just a question of sr. SR is sustained release means the tablet will disperse slowly and and will have continuous effect. No sr means it will quickly dispense out. So when u are prescribed sr u should go for it.
