Change in period days spun
My period is quite regular in terms of occurrence (28-30 days). Earlier it used happen for 5-6 days. But since last two months I am observing the flow for only 2-3 days. Bleeding is quite heavy on first day with lot of pain in lower abdomen ( hot water bag helps a lot). Can any one help me regarding what could be reason behind the sudden change of duration.. thank you
