Muje chakar ate he not everytime but sometimes especially when I lie down to sleep or when I can my direction and wen I stand up n dey automatically stop after sometime. Even I feel upset stomach and vommitting sometimes. I have pain in my shoulders and doubt cervical to be the reason

neck pain and pain in the shoulders. giddiness suggest cervical spondylosis. consult neurosurgeon
