Chain smoker
I have been from past 8 yrs earlier I was using 5-6 cig now it have been increased to 10-20 cig per day, recently I checked my blood count were the hemoglobin had shown 18.7 which more then the normal, even now I am not able to run for a 100mtr continually. Kindly help me to quit from this problem

problem number one in your case is excessive smoking. Your hemoglobin is elevated due to the same reason. If you are interested in becoming a non smoker, visit any deaddiction centre near your place. Nicotine patches or chewing gums are available in the market which are safer alternatives to cigarettes. You can switch to them while trying to kick your smoking.
