  4. Cetirizine during pregnancy. In head?

Cetirizine during pregnancy
I'm 11 weeks pregnant with subchorionic hemorrhage, I'm suffering from cold and blocked nose, is it ok to take cetirizine and Calpol for heaviness in head? Can someone please suggest.

There is more evidence to support the use of Loratidine (which another antihistamine) in pregnancy instead. cetirizine also is considered safe but has lesser evidence supporting it.
