Cervical spondylotis
I have early cervical spondlylotis with a mild buldge in c4/5 causing a theacle sac. I want to know whether it is curable totally or not?  If yes what should I do?

if there is disc bulge without neck& upper limb pain, it considered as mild ,you can avoid further prolapse by keeping your neck strength good and good postures, maintaining good neck muscles tone
